Within less than a few hours I had access to all the properties that fit my criteria and the following day she was able to show me some of these homes. Nicole encouraged me to get my financing in order so we can put offers in right away as the good ones that come on the market tend not to last. I didn't waste anytime but sure enough it was one of the first properties I looked at that I wanted to make an offer on. Unfortunately it had already gone into escrow. I continued to look but nothing quite compared to the one I wanted. Nicole recommended we put in a backup offer and ultimately it fell out of escrow and she was able to negotiate the deal. Nicole met my family at an open house. Nicole was able to find our family the perfect home. She was able to initiate all of the paperwork remotely while we were on vacation.
